Monthly

$1,480 plus electric for 30 amp site
$1,620 plus electric for 50 amp site
One Month (28 consecutive days). May start at any time.

Full Season – May 1st to October 15th

$2750 plus electric ($200 more for 50 amp sites) *$150 for additional adult person added to seasonal (Maximum of 1 additional person for seasonal family)
May be used daily for residential purposes. All visitors are included. 2 adults and 4 minor aged children at a time. Download the information packet or contact us for details.
